Warranty Registration

ATS Design guarantees the original purchaser of ATS Design products a 36 month warranty from the date of original purchase against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use excluding damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, shipping damage, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications or product neglect. This three year warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of ATS Design products. Warranty does not include electrical components or light bulb replacement, costs of removal, installation, labor, freight, inconvenience or consequential damages. Modifications of any kind to ATS Design product void all warranties. The original purchaser may be required (at ATS Design's sole discretion) to return defective merchandise, provide a photograph, or provide the original purchase receipt to the original place of purchase or ATS Design. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, improper installation, fire, vandalism or any form of abuse.

Color Matching (Painted Product):

ATS Design makes every effort to match the OEM paint colors and uses the approved OEM color formulas. As in any mass produced product, there can be color variations due any number of causes. We formulate to be within the approved variation, but due to exposure to sun, weather, and other chemical contact that the vehicle is subjected to, the paint may fade or change slightly from the original color. If an exact color match is absolutely required by the consumer, please send a painted part from the vehicle to be matched. (i.e., gas cover) We can modify the color formula accordingly. Please bear in mind, painted product cannot be returned unless found to be defective because of defective materials or workmanship (slight color mismatch (variation) is not a material defect)

Finish Protection:

ATS Design products have a high quality finish that must be cared for like any other exposed finish on the vehicle. Protect the finish with a non-abrasive wax, (e.g. Pure Carnauba) on a regular basis. The use of soap, polish or wax that contains an abrasive is detrimental, as the compounds scratch the finish and open it to corrosion. The finish of a No warranty is made for shipping damage, improper handling, installation errors, abuse, neglect or accident. Claims apply to parts only and do not cover labor, installation, paint, freight or other charges. (Parts returned will be exchanged or credited at ATS' option after inspection.)

Return Policy

1. RMA # must be requested and obtained before returning to ATS. All returns must be shipped prepaid. No exception. Place the RMA# in large Black letters on the outside of the return package.
2. ATS Design will not accept ANY unauthorized returns of any kind and they will be returned to the sender freight collect or there will be a 20% restocking charge. (Customer's option) See #7 for additional requirements.
3. Product ordered through ATS distributors that is being returned less than one year from date of purchase will be returned to stock with either a 20% restocking charge or by dealer exchange program. Product that is more than one year old and is for vehicles out of production for more than (2) years will not be credited and returned to the purchaser at freight collect. The stocking dealer must reference the P.O. and the part number when requesting a Return number.
4. Return authorizations are valid for (30) days only and will not be reissued. We do not accept RMA requests through the voicemail or e-mail.
5. We do not accept returns after (30) days from invoice date. Retail sales must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt indicating part number, date of sale, and store where purchased. Parts sold by unauthorized resellers are not warranted.
6. ALL authorized returns are subject to a 20% handling / restocking charge at ATS' discretion.
7. Items not in original product packaging, found to be used, previously installed, parts missing, modified, damaged or not ready for resale will not be credited and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
8. There are no returns on used or damaged parts unless found defective by ATS Design.
9. Any alterations to the original purchased parts will void warranty.
10. There are no returns on electrical parts or special orders. (This includes custom paints.) PAINTED PARTS CANNOT BE RETURNED unless the materials are defective. * (see below)

Buyer assumes all risk and liability for the installation and use of ATS Design products. ATS Design reserves the right to redesign or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Every effort has been made to avoid inaccuracies, misprinted text, typographical errors, etc. ATS Design shall not be held liable for any of these errors.

ATS Design shall not be held responsible/liable for any typographical or image errors in its website. Should a website visitor find any such errors, please report these to ATS Design as soon as possible via email to info@atsdesign.com.

Business checks will be accepted only from established and approved distributor accounts. Dealers and distributors with established accounts will be billed per contract or per an established arrangement.
