Warranty: All Products sold by ATS Design are warranted to be free from all defects due to poor workmanship or material for a period of 3 years. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

No warranty, is made for shipping damage, improper handling, installation errors, abuse, neglect or accident. Claims apply to parts only and do not cover labor, installation, paint, freight or other charges. (Parts returned will be exchanged or credited at ATS' option after inspection.

Return Policy:

1. An RMA # must be requested and obtained before returning to ATS. All returns must be shipped prepaid. No exception. Place the RMA# in large Black letters on the outside of the return package.



2. ATS Design will not accept ANY unauthorized returns of any kind and they will be returned to the sender freight collect or there will be a 20% restocking charge. (Customer’s option) See #7 for additional requirements.



3. Product ordered through ATS distributors that is being returned less than one year from date of purchase will be returned to stock with either a 20% restocking charge or by dealer exchange program. Product that is more than one year old and is for vehicles out of production for more than (2) years will not be credited and returned to the purchaser at freight collect. The stocking dealer must reference the P.O.and the part number when requesting a Return number.



4. Return authorizations are valid for (30) days only and will not be reissued. We do not accept RMA requests through the voicemail or e-mail.



5. We do not accept returns after (30) days from invoice date. Retail sales must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt indicating part number, date of sale, and store where purchased. Parts sold by unauthorized resellers are not warranted.



6. ALL authorized returns are subject to a 20% handling / restocking charge at ATS' discretion.



7. Items not in original product packaging, found to be used, previously installed, parts missing, modified, damaged or not ready for resale will not be credited and the item will be returned to you at your expense.



8. There are no returns on electrical parts or special orders. (this includes custom paints.) PAINTED PARTS CANNOT BE RETURNED unless the materials are defective. *



9. There are no returns on used or damaged parts unless found defective by ATS Design.



10. Any alterations to the original purchased parts will void warranty.

ATS makes every effort to match the OEM paint colors and uses the approved OEM color formulas. As in any mass produced product, there can be color variations due any number of causes. We formulate to be within the approved variation, but due to exposure to sun, weather, and other chemical contact that the vehicle is subjected to, the paint may fade or change slightly from the original color. If an exact color match is absolutely required by the consumer, please send a painted part from the vehicle to be matched. (ie, gas cover) We can modify the color formula accordingly. Please bear in mind, painted product cannot be returned unless found to be defective because of defective materials or workmanship (slight color mismatch (variation) is not a material defect)
