General Questions
Q: How do I locate a distributor in my area?
A: This page currently under construction, please contact ATS Design at (866) 213-2875 for the local dealer in your area.


Q: Can I buy direct?
A: Yes, certain items are available through our website.


Q: What types of payment options are available?
A: We accept Cashiers' Checks, C.O.D., Bank Transfers, Visa / Mastercard as well as debit cards with those logos for online purchases. (NO PERSONAL CHECKS.)


Q: How can I place an order if I don’t have a credit card?
A: We accept Cashiers, Checks, C.O.D., Bank Transfers or debit cards with the Mastercard /Visa logos for online purchases. (NO PERSONAL CHECKS)


Q: When will my order ship?
A: Normal lead time is (2-7) days for unpainted parts (7-15) days for painted parts.


Shipping / Returns
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: To cancel an order, please call 866-213-2873 and speak with one of our associates. You may not cancel an order via e-mail. Once order has been proccessed it CANNOT be cancelled. (Click Here for ATS return policy).


Q: How is my order shipped?
A: All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground service. If faster service is needed please select the shipment upgrade. If you have specific shipping requirements please let us know at time of order. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.


Q: I am not happy with the product. How can I return it?
A: The part must be uninstalled, in the original packaging, and be returned within (30) days from date of purchase. You must also obtain an RMA number to go along with the returned part. Please refer to ATS Return policy for additional clarification. (Click Here for ATS return policy)


Q: I think I am missing parts?
A: Contact us immediately. (you must call us within 3 business days) ATS Design is NOT responsible for labor costs incurred. Double check all parts before installing or taking them to be painted.


Q: What if I received my parts and it is damaged?
A: If you received your part damaged notify the driver at time of delivery. Call the freight company as well as ATS Design to report the damage.


Technical / Procedure
Q: Should I test fit my part before having it painted or installed?
A: YES !!! Always check the fit (with a pre-fit) before installing or doing any modifications
NOTE: Any part that has been modified CANNOT be returned.


Q: Will I have to prep the parts prior to painting?
A: Most products come in a raw urethane finish. Please check with your paint supplier prior to prepping the part to assure that the recommended prep matches the application. ALL parts however will have some prep work required before painting.


Q: How easy are the boards or flares to install?
A: If you are not familiar with the installation we highly recommend you read the instructions provided. The instructions have a parts list and it will walk you through the installation. Included you will find a list of special tools that may be required to complete the instalation.
